Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days (unless the product is out of stock).

• Every shipment is sent with an option to inspect and an SMS notification from the courier.
• Should the customer not be found at the specified address within the delivery period and/or access to the delivery address not be provided, Luxe Men is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods, and consequently the customer loses their rights regarding the order placed for the delivery of goods.
• Shipping costs associated with the exchange, return, or complaint of a product purchased from Luxe Men are solely at the expense of the consumer. All shipments sent to Luxe Men at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender, unless they have individual terms agreed upon with our associate.
